Jim Hamilton

CEO

Jim is a distinguished leader boasting over 41 years of comprehensive experience across construction trades, oil & gas, commercial, heavy industrial sectors, alongside design, engineering, and project management. As the CEO of Radium, he leverages his extensive knowledge to direct the company’s focus on facility construction throughout various industries in western Canada.

His leadership is instrumental in the entire process of concept development, from design and engineering to construction execution. Under his guidance, Radium has achieved remarkable success and a series of significant achievements, thanks to his strategic vision and the dedication of his dynamic team.

An entrepreneurial spirit, Jim has been pivotal in the inception and growth of several startups, most notably founding Radium Technologies Inc. in 2007. Under his stewardship, Radium expanded into a second-tier provider, boasting an annual gross revenue of $44 million CAD and serving clients across Western Canada.

Under Jim's leadership, Radium has been recognized as a finalist in Canada's Best Managed Companies for three consecutive years, a testament to his unwavering commitment to excellence and the sustainable success of the business.

Dustin Morissette

COO

Dustin is an accomplished leader with over two decades of experience across various sectors within the energy and industrial landscape. Before his tenure at Radium, Dustin served in a senior executive role at a junior E&P company for eight years, significantly contributing to the management of multiple corporate areas and the formation of comprehensive support networks.

His career is marked by the successful execution of large capital projects and a substantial contribution to the early and ongoing phases of the E&P process. Dustin's expertise encompasses project scouting across several stages of infrastructure and production development, highlighted by his involvement in the dual listing IPO on the TSX and HKSE.

Dustin's skills cover essential aspects such as crude oil marketing and logistics, operations both subsurface and on the surface, project management, contract negotiations, business development, and budgeting. He has efficiently managed projects related to E&P capital investments exceeding $650 million and is responsible for supervising annual operating budgets (OPEX) over $25 million.

Al Stark

CFO

Al brings over three decades of financial expertise to the team, beginning his career at KPMG. Before his role at Radium, Al served as the CFO of a junior E&P company for three years. Throughout his tenure in the oil and gas sector, Al has held several pivotal positions, including Board Director, CFO, VP Finance, Controller, and Treasurer, across various oil & gas entities, including early-stage startups.

 

His experience extends to participating in numerous debt and equity financings, notably contributing to a dual listing IPO on the TSX and HKSE. Al's key duties have encompassed comprehensive monthly and quarterly financial reporting to debt providers, alongside managing all exchange-based reporting requirements. This includes the preparation of audited IFRS financial statements, management information circulars, annual information forms, and annual reports.

Al is a Chartered Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Saskatchewan, underscoring his solid foundation in financial management and accounting principles.
