Dani Moore (P. Eng, MM)
Senior Project Manager
Dani is a Mechanical Engineer with Radium who graduated from the University of Calgary in 2009, in the Manufacturing Engineering Program. Dani has had hands on experience in the construction industry working as a contractor and vital decision maker on heavy oil projects. Furthermore, Dani has spent time in pipe fabricator and module yards, including engineering and owner/contractor offices. Currently, she is a member of APEGA as a Professional Engineer and has also been featured on "Daily Oil Bulletin’s Rising Stars of 2019." -> shorturl.at/dmtBW

Trevor Farrow (P. Eng, CWB LII)
Senior Project Manager
Trevor has been with Radium for 10 years as a project manager. His formal training includes: Mechanical Engineering Degree (Lakehead University, 2010), Mechanical Engineering Technologist Diploma (Durham College, 2007), CWB certified Level 2 Inspector. Trevor is currently a member of APEGA as a Professional Engineer, with over 10 years of experience in the oil and gas construction/fabrication sector. He has undertaken many roles including contracts, field level management (superintendent), quality control and project management, pre-planning and execution, as well as, cost and project controls. Trevor takes pride in his cost and schedule sensitive approach to managing a project, always ensuring we meet our commitments to provide exceptional value for our clients. When he takes on a project, it becomes a passion to construct it to the highest standard with cost control and schedule accountability at the forefront.

Curtis Dods (GSC)
Construction Manager
As a Construction Manager, Curtis has faced many adversities but has proven that he can overcome any challenge set in front of him. Daily, Curtis provides craft management and technical direction, both in and out of the field. In doing so, he ensures that his projects are constructed in design, schedule and on budget. Curtis has shown that he possesses the facility to create and execute work plans, guaranteeing the proficiency, quality, and of outmost importance, the safety of his crew. Having many years of hands on experience combined with his certifications, Gold Seal Superintendent, Crane Master Rigging and his Blue Seal certification to list a few, has allowed Curtis to critically critique each project. Curtis efficiently innovates and applies a proficient work plan that encompasses and overcomes any hurdle. With a long list of successful jobs, Radium is proud to call Curtis as an intrinsic part of our team.

Shaun Hunter (PMP, GSI)
Project Manager
Shaun has been with Radium for 7 years, working both in the field and on the Project Management team. With 16 years of construction experience across several industries to draw from, he provides both the hands-on knowledge and the detail-oriented project management skills to ensure success within a wide range of projects. Shaun received formal training in Project Management through the Southern Alberta Institute of Technology, and has gone on to obtain his Project Management Professional (PMP) designation, and is a current MBA candidate.

Dustin Nathe
Project Manager
As a Project Manager, Dustin has far exceeded expectations at Radium. He is responsible for bidding, contract negotiations, job structure, scheduling, cost control and closeouts. Having experience in both the shop and field, Dustin has gained a good understanding for tracking cost, following client specifications, dealing with engineering, as well as equipment vendors. Dustin strives himself on being able to efficiently stay within budget, ensuring the safety of the crew and making sure the highest standards are taken with each task. Dustin has managed a team of PM's, QC's and craft personnel for a mechanical construction division which provided him with valuable experience as a mechanical manager. He has prior experience operating strictly in the CFO space for an IOL from coast to coast. Dustin has shown his ability to multitask under stressful conditions, still achieving all his jobs at hand with efficiency and care. Dustin strives well under pressure, never missing the most finite details, while managing multiple projects and people; he never fails to persevere.

Rob Fawcett
Electrical & Instrumentation General
Manager
Rob Fawcett joined the Radium team in August of 2019. He began his electrical career in 2008, constructing sawmills in the interior of British Columbia, eventually moving onto mining construction. After receiving his Red Seal certificate in 2012, he turned his focus to the Oil and Gas Industry, excelling as a supervisor and project manager. After many successful large-scale projects in BC, Rob and his family moved to Grande Prairie in 2017 where he continued his success in the Oil and Gas Industry. Rob’s daily communication with Clients and Vendors along with the hands-on mentoring of his team has proved essential in ensuring jobs remain on schedule and budget. His focus and commitment to safety ensures everyone gets home safely to their family and friends.

Kenny Riczu
Area General Manager, Grand Prairie
Kenny is responsible for the Fabrication Facility and surrounding area of Grande Prairie. With 16 years of experience in multiple trades, Kenny is able to provide training, direction and insight on multiple levels. Kenny plays an important role in safety, quality, scheduling and production. He brings a depth of leadership that starts with Safety as a core value.

Brian Glessing
Project Controls Manager
Brian Glessing graduated from N.A.I.T with an accounting background and is the Project Controls lead at Radium Technologies. As part of the Radium Team, Brian strives to keep projects on time and on budget all while remaining transparent in order to best build the contractor/client relationship. He started in the construction industry in 2005 and since then has experienced working in a variety of countries on a wide range of projects, from larger industrial plants to smaller civil works. Brian's education is in accounting and marketing, his expertise allows him to weigh every option and ensure each project runs smoothly and within budget.

Kurt Papson (CWB, LII)
Corporate Quality Control Manager
Kurt joined Radium Technologies in 2017. He has over fifteen years of experience in quality management and inspection, as well as well-founded experience in most areas of project and construction management. He is a CWB Level 2, as well as an ABSA Qualified Welding Examiner, and has extensive experience in process and power piping, pipelines, pressure vessels. Overall, Kurt has over twenty-five years’ experience in the oil, gas, mining and power generating industries. Kurt has his CSA W178.2 Level II with CSA W47.1/W59, ASME B31.3, ASME VIII/IX, and CSA Z662 Endorsements.

Ken Moore (PL. Eng)
Senior Project Manager
Ken has 40 years of oil and gas up stream experience. Ken has expertise in engineering, facility construction, commissioning and start up operations, which includes the successful project management of over $10 billion in E&P capital related projects. Ken has provided multi disciplinary leadership of engineering and construction teams with large EPCM (Engineering, Procurement, Construction & Management) companies. Projects include pipelines, gas compression and measurement, heavy oil (SAGD) and conventional oil processing, SCADA, DCS and telecommunications infrastructure. Ken is a registered professional licensed engineer and a member of APEGA.

Mike Flett (NCSO)
Corporate Safety Director
Mike has 22 years of experience in heavy equipment field operations and safety management within the mining environment. Mike's involvement includes field level experience operating heavy machinery, and intricate mechanical knowledge gained through his time as a Heavy Duty Mechanic. Mike then progressed into the field of Health and Safety, graduating from field-level HSE support into a corporate function of creating and managing company-wide health and safety programs.
As the Corporate Safety Director with Radium Technologies, his primary responsibilities are to provide subject matter expertise to business and operations leaders, develop key safety initiatives to support continuous improvement, and to develop and implement strategies based on identified requirements.
Mike's training includes:

Roger Marsden
Operations Manager, Fort McMurray
Roger has been with Radium since 2022 and has shown a wealth of knowledge in managing all trades, with a focus in Electrical & Instrumentation. Not only has he exemplified leadership qualities daily, he has created integral relationships, promising a strong future for Radium in the industrial/mining sectors. Roger has shown that he can maintain activities in a fast paced environment while ensuring that operations are safe and staying within budget, running smoothly, and proficiently.

Haseena Khokhor-Javaid
Senior Recruiter
With years of dynamic experience in Corporate and CRAFT recruitment in the energy sectors of North America, Haseena brings with her a thorough understanding of person-organization fit. She is currently working on building an inclusive corporate team, while assuring that the projects are efficiently supplied with manpower. Tracy Vanberg
Corporate Controller
Tracy has been with Radium since 2022 as Corporate Controller. She is a Certified Professional Accountant and holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta. Tracy brings over 20 years of accounting knowledge to the Radium team, having previous experience in the Insurance, as well as the Energy and Oil industry working under more senior roles. She believes, 'success is built on a culture founded on continuous development and teamwork.' We are excited to have her apart of the Radium family.
