Dani Moore, P.Eng, MM
Director of Projects

Dani is a Mechanical Engineer who graduated from the University of Calgary in 2009 from the Manufacturing Engineering Program.  She has been in the construction industry both on the contractor and owner side on heavy oil projects and  has spent time in both module and pipe fabricator yards, engineering, and owner/ contractor offices.  Dani is currently a member of APEGA as a Professional Engineer. Dani has also been featured on Daily Oil Bulletin’s Rising Stars of 2019.

Trevor Farrow, P.Eng, CWB LII
Senior Project Manager

Trevor Farrow has been with Radium for 7 years as a project manager. Formal training includes: Mechanical Engineering Degree (Lakehead University, 2010), Mechanical Engineering Technologist Diploma (Durham College, 2007), CWB certified Level 2 Inspector and is currently a member of APEGA as a Professional Engineer.

He has over 10 years experience in the oil and gas construction/fabrication sector with roles in pre-planning and execution, contracts, field level management (superintendent), cost and project controls, quality control and project management. 

His cost and schedule sensitive approach to managing a project ensures we meet our commitments to provide exceptional value for our clients. When he takes on a project, it becomes a passion to construct it to the highest standard with cost control and schedule accountability at the forefront.

Ken Moore, PL Eng.

Director of Electrical & Instrumentation 

Ken has 40 years of oil and gas up stream experience. Key expertise in engineering, facility construction, commissioning and start up operations. Successful project management of over $10 billion in E&P capital related projects. Ken has provided multi disciplinary leadership of engineering and construction teams with large ECPM companies. Projects include pipelines, gas compression and measurement, heavy oil (SAGD), DCS and telecommunications infrastructure.

Ken is a registered professional licensee, engineer and a member of APEGA. Ken is also a registered engineering technologist and member of ASET.    

Josh McMullen, E.I.T
Project Manager

Josh McMullen graduated from the Schulich School of Engineering at the University of Calgary in the mechanical engineering program. He interned with Kiewit for a year working on the Imperial Kearl Lake project in the project controls/engineering department. After graduation, Josh spent two years working on the engineering design side of the oil and gas industry as a junior mechanical engineer and junior stress engineer. Since then, Josh has worked with Radium and developed into the Grande Prairie fabrication shop project manager, working closely with the other PM’s to deliver the prefabricated scopes of many different sizes and types of projects.

Jared Liske
Project Manager / Laser Scanning Specialist 

Jared has worked in the oil and gas industry for 20 years in multiple roles.  He has worked as a Piping designer for several engineering firms in Calgary and Edmonton.  Projects ranging from the start of the Christina Lake facility in Northern Alberta to the Alberta Oil Sands Development Project just outside of Fort Saskatchewan.  Since then Jared has moved on to the construction side of the industry.  He has overseen all aspects of the companies projects to facilitate successful completion of projects on budget, on schedule while ensuring that Radium’s services consistently exceed our client’s expectations.  Jared has also continued to maintain his design capabilities within his own projects as well as other projects within the company.  He has been utilizing new technologies to enhance the construction process.  These technologies include 3d Laser scanning, 4d scheduling, cost control and the use of Total stations for field measuring.  

Kenny Riczu
Grande Prairie Manager

Kenny is responsible for the Fabrication Facility and surrounding area of Grande Prairie. With 13 years of experience in multiple trades, Kenny is able to provide training, direction and insight on multiple levels. Kenny plays an important role in safety, quality, scheduling and production. He brings a depth of leadership that starts with Safety as a core value.

Brian Glessing
Project Controls

Brian Glessing is the Project Controls lead at Radium Technologies. He graduated from N.A.I.T with an accounting background. As part of the Radium Team, Brian strives to keep projects on time and on budget all while remaining transparent in order to best build the contractor/client relationship. He started in the construction industry in 2005 and since then has experienced working in a variety of countries on a wide range of projects, from larger industrial plants to smaller civil works.

Kurt Papson CWB LII
Corporate Quality Control Manager

Kurt joined Radium Technologies in 2017.  He has over fifteen years of experience in quality management and inspection, as well as well-founded experience in most areas of project and construction management.  He is a CWB Level 2 and has extensive experience in process and power piping, pipelines, pressure vessels and is also an ABSA Qualified Welding Examiner.  Overall, he has over twenty-five years’ experience in the oil, gas, mining and power generating industries.

Rob Fawcett
Electrical Manager

Rob Fawcett joined the Radium team in August of 2019. He began his electrical career in 2008, constructing sawmills in the interior of British Columbia, eventually moving onto mining construction.  After receiving his Red Seal certificate in 2012, he turned his focus to the Oil and Gas Industry, excelling as a supervisor and project manager.  After many successful large-scale projects in BC, Rob and his family moved to Grande Prairie in 2017 where he continued his success in the Oil and Gas Industry.

Rob’s daily communication with Clients and Vendors along with the hands-on mentoring of his team has proved essential in ensuring jobs remain on schedule and budget.  His focus and commitment to safety ensures everyone gets home safely to their family and friends.

Holly Rothlisberger, CRSP, NCSO
Corporate Safety

Holly Rothlisberger has been working as a Professional Safety Consultant for 18+ years. With a wide variety of experience in multiple industries and a focus in the upstream and midstream sector she brings a wealth of knowledge and understanding to the HSE department. Holly has obtained multiple certifications in her line of work over the years and is a Canadian Registered Safety Professional (CRSP), she also volunteers her time and serves as the Vice-Chair for the Canadian Society of Safety Engineers (CSSE) for the Northwest Chapter.  The motto at Radium for Health and Safety is that we are "Safe by Choice, not by Chance".  Holly is the driving force behind our health and safety program and supports our business with a positive and constructive approach to ensuring that all workers go home safely at the end of each day.
